| Job Responsibilities: | We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Product Manager to lead growth and innovation in the Salaried Personal Loans (PL) and Working Capital business. This role requires a deep understanding of retail lending, customer segmentation, and credit risk management, with a focus on driving business performance through product enhancement, process optimization, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business, risk, technology, and analytics teams to ensure the delivery of customer-centric loan products aligned with Kotak Mahindra Bank’s strategic objectives. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/Finance specialization preferred). |
| Experience | 4–8 years of experience in Retail Lending, Personal Loans, or Working Capital product management. |
| Skills | Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of lending products, credit policy, and market competition. Proficient in data analysis tools and Excel; exposure to digital lending platforms is an advantage. Results-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. |
