| Job description | Manage stressed and special asset cases in the SME Business (West & South regions). End-to-end handling of NPA accounts from handover till closure. Work out appropriate resolutions of NPA accounts through OTS, Consent Sale, or auction. Draft and present high-quality approval notes for competent authorities. Assess mortgaged properties, coordinate valuation, and facilitate disposal (mutual consent/public auction). Implement reduction arrangements in gross exposure of accounts. Handle internal & RBI audits of NPA accounts. Prepare and review CRAN Modification Reports (CMR). Collaborate with Legal, Fincon, CAD, Compliance teams to ensure timely recovery action. Provide required information and documentation to Legal for recovery proceedings. Prepare and maintain MIS data for analysis, reporting, and projections. Ensure adherence to recovery processes and internal controls. |

| Experience | 10+ years of experience in recovery, business, or credit. |
| Skills | Strong knowledge of SME lending business in West & South markets.Familiarity with recovery legal frameworks (SARFAESI, DRT, IBC). Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in collaborative matrix structures.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. |
