Job description | Role & Responsibilities: Develop and expand High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customer relationships through in-depth profiling and need-based solutions. Generate business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to drive growth in relationship value, revenues, and client retention. Acquire new HNI clients and expand the customer base by implementing structured sales plans. Enhance client experience by seamlessly navigating service delivery challenges and providing tailored solutions. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering investment products aligned with client requirements. Maintain continuous client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings. Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times (TAT). Organize and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events. Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. |
Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree required. |
Experience | Proven experience in building and managing HNI customer relationships. |
Skills | Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Decision-making ability with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive market. |
