Job description | Assist Relationship Manager in managing client relationships and addressing client requirements across banking services. Manage the end-to-end client journey including on-boarding, credit sanction, documentation, and facility disbursement. Drive product penetration and increase wallet share across lending, trade finance, supply chain solutions, cash management services, forex, and treasury products. Deliver balance sheet growth, profitability, and desired ROE for the assigned portfolio, including new client acquisitions. Cross-sell additional bank offerings such as debt capital markets, corporate salary, and wealth management solutions. Prepare account plans, wallet exercises, and group business strategies. Ensure portfolio hygiene and proper account conduct. Maintain strong client engagement and liaise with operations teams for smooth service delivery across banking products. |
Qualifications & experience | CA / MBA preferred. 2–4 years of prior relevant experience. |
