| Job description | 1. Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market channels. 2. Drive growth by adding new DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) or branches. 3. Lead and grow the Direct Sales Team (DST), focusing on increasing productivity. 4. Promote products in assigned catchment areas and engage with HNI clients for Loan Against Property (HF) solutions. 5. Maintain strong builder relations and establish builder tie-ups for primary markets. 6. Oversee project approvals from builders. 7. Generate additional revenue via cross-selling and multi-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc. 8. Train and develop the DST team and DSAs. 9. Liaise with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations. 10. Ensure end-to-end processing of cases and update customers on status. 11. Deliver top-class customer service to improve NPS scores. |
