| Job role | 1. Drive sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market channels. 2. Achieve growth by onboarding new DSAs and branches. 3. Manage and enhance productivity of the Direct Sales Team (DST). 4. Conduct marketing activities in catchment areas. 5. Meet HNI clients to promote housing finance and loan against property products. 6. Build and manage strong builder relations, including tie-ups and project approvals. 7. Generate additional revenue via cross-selling (Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc.). 8. Oversee training and development of DST team and DSAs. 9. Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Operations). 10. Ensure smooth end-to-end case processing and timely customer updates. 11. Deliver high-quality service for improved NPS scores. |
| Qualification | Graduate / Post Graduate. |
| Experience | Relevant Home Loan/Mortgage experience: 2–7 years. Candidate must have prior experience working in Kolkata. |
| Age limit | 25–35 years. |
| Skills | Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience in handling board/committee meetings, investor servicing, and regulatory filings. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination skills. Good communication and drafting abilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. |
