| Experience | Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle financing, preferably in Commercial Vehicles (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), or Multi-Utility Vehicles (MUVs). |
| Skills | Existing customer base or network in the HNI segment is preferred. Sound understanding of portfolio management and wealth products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. |
