| Qualifications | Graduate & above. |
| Experience | 3–4 years in Tractor Loan sales or related Agri-Finance products. |
| Skills | Strong collection and recovery skills, including handling legal and NPA cases. Capable of infant resolution (resolving minor overdue accounts) and cross-sales. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills. |
