| Job Responsibilities: | The Team Member – Compliance will support the IT/IS/Technology compliance function, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. The role involves close coordination with senior management and regulatory authorities to drive IT compliance initiatives and continuous improvement in technology governance. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s degree (Chartered Accountant or Engineering/IT background is an added advantage). |
| Experience | Core IT Audit / IT Security Audit / Technology & Infrastructure experience; experience in banking compliance is preferred |
| Skills | Familiarity with regulatory requirements and digital leadership skills. Strong people management, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. Creative thinking, solution-oriented, and ability to multitask under timelines. Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. |
