Core Responsibility – Portfolio ManagementHandle credit renewals, limit enhancements, compliance documentation, and monitor portfolio health
Core Responsibility – Client AcquisitionOnboard New-To-Bank (NTB) SME clients and act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
Core Responsibility – Relationship ManagementBuild long-term corporate relationships and ensure high service standards
Core Responsibility – Cross-SellingPromote Trade Finance, Forex, Cash Management Services (CMS) and other banking solutions
Core Responsibility – Profitability & RiskOptimize pricing & product mix; manage delinquencies; ensure credit & risk guideline adherence
Stakeholder CoordinationWork with BIU, Product, Risk, Leadership teams; manage external stakeholders including auditors
Key Skills RequiredCredit handling, SME banking knowledge, corporate relationship management, revenue growth focus
Experience PreferenceExperience in SME banking, corporate RM, or credit appraisal
Performance MetricsPortfolio growth, product penetration, profitability, portfolio hygiene, delinquency control
