| Role Overview | Responsible for invoice processing and accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a controlled environment. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Invoice processing and validation- Vendor reconciliation- Time & Expense (T&E) processing- Payment processing- Working with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems- Coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders |
| Required Experience | 1–3 years of experience in a computerized accounting department |
| Preferred Systems | SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics (preferred, not mandatory) |
