| Skills / Knowledge Required | – Strong technical knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS- Practical experience in finance function & financial reporting process- Knowledge of financial reporting compliance and regulatory requirements (Companies Act, SEBI)- Accounting foundation and domain knowledge- Experience in M&A, group restructuring, finance transformation projects (preferred)- Analytical, problem-solving, data analytics skills- Understanding of IT systems, MS Office, SAP/Oracle (preferred) |
| Responsibilities | – End-to-end project management- Guide team on technical accounting & financial reporting- Manage client relationships- Apply GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP for engagements & conversions- Provide financial reporting support to clients- Assist clients on financial reporting for listing of securities- Demonstrate technical capabilities, business acumen, and industry knowledge- Deliver projects within stringent deadlines |
| Qualifications | CA with 5+ years post-qualification experience. Relevant certifications are a plus. |
