| Role Overview | Assistant Managers act as project leaders and team members, delivering internal audit, process consulting, and risk consulting engagements with responsibility for quality, leadership, and client interaction. |
| Key Responsibilities | Lead and execute internal audit, process consulting, and risk consulting projects; act as team leader for 1–3 members; review deliverables; interact with client stakeholders; identify cross-selling and business opportunities; ensure quality delivery; manage project risks and timelines; keep stakeholders informed |
| Leadership Responsibility | Team leadership on engagements; review and approve team deliverables |
