Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop & configure Employee Center (EC) and EC Pro; Customize portals, widgets & dashboards; Integrate EC with ITSM, HRSD & third-party systems; Gather requirements & deliver solutions; Follow ServiceNow best practices; Troubleshoot EC-related issues
