| Job Responsibilities: | KPMG India is seeking a highly experienced professional for the position of Specialist – Agriculture in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in animal husbandry, dairy, or fisheries, and proven experience working with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in the fishery or dairy sectors. This role will support KPMG’s agri-business advisory initiatives, helping enhance productivity, sustainability, and profitability across the agriculture and allied sectors. |
| Qualification | Graduate degree in Veterinary Sciences or Fisheries Science. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of professional experience in agriculture or allied sectors. Hands-on experience working with fish or dairy FPOs, and proven expertise in animal husbandry, dairy, or fisheries. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs, field teams, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. |
| Skills | Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions. |
