| Role Overview | The Manager – Finance Advisory role involves leading finance and financial reporting advisory engagements, managing client relationships, guiding teams on technical accounting matters, and delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines. |
| Key Responsibilities | • End-to-end project management including team guidance, client relationship management, and monitoring project progress• Application of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP on advisory engagements• GAAP conversions and resolution of technical accounting queries• Financial reporting support (technical and process-related)• Advisory support for financial reporting requirements related to listing of securities• Address accounting and reporting implications for M&A and group restructuring• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and continuous learning• Maintain strong business acumen and awareness of advisory and industry developments• Deliver effectively under stringent deadlines |
| Technical & Domain Skills Required | • Strong practical knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP• Deep understanding of finance function and financial reporting processes• Knowledge of regulatory financial reporting compliance• Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI, and related regulations• Strong accounting foundation and domain expertise |
