| Job Responsibilities | – Supervise and ensure implementation of safety procedures in field- Conduct risk assessment and toolbox talks before job execution- Support safe start-up and shutdown of plant operations- Assist maintenance manager in monitoring process parameters and troubleshooting- Inventory management of chemicals and catalyst- Effective use of SAP and OMPro tool- Field supervision during shutdown, startup, and preservation activities- Handle process emergencies and emergency shutdowns- Support improvement trials, special sampling, and PIO implementation- Follow up maintenance activities and ensure safe HOTO of equipment- Support training of new hires- Participate in RCA and incident learning discussions- Maintain shift logs for area/equipment- Ensure 100% compliance with work permit system- Report near-miss incidents and conduct risk assessments- Identify and validate improvement opportunities- Fulfil own training and skill development needs |
| Education Requirement | B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical / Textile / Relevant Stream) with good academic record |
| Experience Requirement | Degree: 2–3 years relevant experienceDiploma: 5–6 years relevant experienceMust have team handling experience |
