| Reporting / Team | Works closely with Sales Leadership, HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, and People Experience teams; may lead ER initiatives centrally |
| Key Responsibilities | – Design, review, and improve ER policies, SOPs, and playbooks- Standardize ER processes & leverage tech for case management- Act as trusted advisor to Sales leaders & HRBPs on ER risks and decisions- Manage grievances end-to-end for on-roll/off-roll workforce- Build ER dashboards, analyze trends, and drive preventive actions- Conduct disciplinary investigations and partner with Legal- Handle labour law compliance, inspections, and litigation support- Train managers & HRBPs on ER best practices and documentation |
