| Key Responsibilities | – Partner with Regional Heads for HR strategy and business alignment- Track attrition and implement corrective measures- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships- Build People Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with business & finance- Manage adherence to manning & cost budgets- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and performance coaching- Drive engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement mitigation plans- Co-own talent acquisition with recruitment team to meet AOP manning targets |
