| Key Responsibilities | – Forecast hiring needs & maintain talent pipeline for BDEs- Manage end-to-end onboarding and cultural integration- Build relationships with recruitment agencies & vendors- Act as advisor for manager queries on performance & team management- Implement engagement initiatives to reduce attrition- Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances- Maintain HR dashboards for metrics like engagement, retention, workforce demographics- Ensure accuracy & confidentiality of employee records- Stay compliant with labor laws and regional regulations- Support cross-functional HR projects |
