Team / ReportingLeads a team of Onboarding Specialists; collaborates with TA, HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and business teams
Scope / FocusEnd-to-end ownership of offer management, onboarding, BGV (background verification), and payroll readiness for high-volume (~1,000 joiners/week) employee lifecycle operations
Key Responsibilities– Manage offer creation, issuance, revisions, and acceptance tracking- Ensure payroll readiness for all new joiners- Oversee BGV operations and integration with onboarding- Track, report, and resolve drop-offs, no-shows, and delays- Standardize processes, automate workflows, and improve system-led execution- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance- Lead and coach onboarding specialists, allocate work, and manage capacity
Experience / EducationGraduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field with 5–6 years in HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle Management; prior team leadership mandatory
Skills / TraitsHigh ownership, attention to detail, execution orientation, stakeholder management, analytical skills, MIS/dashboard proficiency, MS Excel/Google Sheets
