Team / LeadershipGuides a team managing payroll and benefits for 30,000+ high-churn employees; SPOC for HR, finance, legal, business teams
Scope / FocusEnd-to-end payroll and benefits operations, compliance, statutory filings, high-volume F&F settlements, insurance benefits administration, and process standardization for multiple legal entities
Key Responsibilities– Oversee salary processing, benefits administration, exits/F&F settlements, payroll recoveries– Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for statutory/tax audits- Partner with HRIS/technology teams for automation and process improvement- Standardize SOPs, maintain MIS, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation- Guide, coach, and manage the payroll & benefits team- Oversee year-end activities, TDS filings, and timely Form-16 issuance
Experience / EducationMaster’s in HR, Labour Laws, or related; 7–8 years in payroll/benefits management, with 2–3 years in managerial role; experience with multiple legal entities and statutory audits preferred
Skills / TraitsHigh accuracy, attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills, process improvement experience, ability to handle confidential information, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
