| Team / Reporting | Individual contributor role within KYC operations; reports to KYC manager/team lead |
| Scope / Focus | – End-to-end document validation for offline merchant KYC- Regulatory and SOP compliance- Escalation of complex/fraudulent cases- Maintain high quality, timeliness, and adherence metrics |
| Key Responsibilities | – Validate merchant documents: proof of identity, address, business, financial identity, entity- Follow SOPs and internal compliance guidelines strictly- Flag suspicious or ambiguous cases for escalation- Meet SLA and quality/compliance targets- Maintain attendance, shift adherence, and rotation schedules |
| Key Metrics | – Average Handling Time (AHT)- Quality Score (accuracy & SOP adherence)- Compliance Score- Shift & roaster adherence |
| Skills / Traits | Attention to detail, accuracy, process adherence, time management, compliance awareness, multilingual document reading ability |
| Experience / Education | 0–2 years experience; English reading mandatory, regional language reading preferred |
