| Role Overview | Manage administration and data operations related to the company’s Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) including record keeping, reporting, and coordination with finance and audit teams. |
| Key Responsibilities | Maintain ESOP data (grants, vesting, exercises), track vesting schedules, prepare ESOP reports, support employees with ESOP statements, assist finance with ESOP cost accounting, coordinate with auditors, and improve ESOP administration processes. |
| Key Skills | Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), data accuracy, financial reporting support, analytical thinking, communication skills, confidentiality and compliance handling. |
| Tools / Systems | Equity management platforms like Shareworks, Carta (or similar). |
