| Key Responsibilities | – Validate and release offers, check candidate documentation- Onboard new hires and activate HRMS records- Manage BGV process with vendors and resolve discrepancies- Execute exit formalities per SOPs and TATs- Administer employee benefits (car lease, learning assistance, awards)- Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and audit-ready documentation |
| Skills / Competencies | – MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)- High attention to detail, process adherence- Structured work practices, service-oriented- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data |
