| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. |
| Experience | 8–15 years of experience in automotive NPD quality or related functions. |
| Skiils | Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and quality management systems (QMS). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines. |
