Position Purpose:

To drive acquisition and growth of the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer base through open market initiatives, assigned branches, and cross-selling of various banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. NRI Customer Acquisition:

  • Acquire new NRI clients through assigned branches and open market strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC & AML guidelines.

2. Product Knowledge & Compliance:

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of NR products, financial returns, yields, and EMI calculations.
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication for client interaction.

3. Channel & Revenue Management:

  • Contribute to NR Champion team performance.
  • Drive overall revenue through cross-referrals, product development, and client engagement.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Deepen existing NRI relationships through sales of liabilities and third-party products.
  • Activate new clients ensuring AQB maintenance and channel penetration.

5. Sales Initiatives & Reporting:

  • Plan and execute sales events and campaigns.
  • Maintain MIS for acquisition and account upgrades.

6. Customer Service & Feedback:

  • Address client queries and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Provide inputs for product/service enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in NRI business acquisition in the banking sector.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical:

  • In-depth knowledge of NR customer segment and related acquisition strategies.

Behavioral:

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Strong initiative and go-getter attitude.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
