| Job Responsibilities | – Area grading and land development works- Study and execute plot plan & layout drawings on site- Coordinate with surveyor for plot boundary, RL, and cutting/filling quantities- Send soil samples for OMC & MDD testing; conduct field compaction tests- Monitor compaction and utilization of P&M/resources; report gaps to superiors- Verify contractor DPRs and update Project Control team- Ensure daily execution as per project standards, specifications & drawings- Check rebar bending, binding, BBS certification, clear cover, spacing, lap length & hooks- Inspect formwork, scaffolding, staging, handrails & ladder fixing for safety- Ensure RA sheets are filled and signed off- Check concreting quality, compaction, cube sampling & field testing- Inspect surface rendering, finishing, and fireproofing works- Verify alignment & installation of embedded items (anchor bolts, insert plates)- Ensure proper backfilling, curing, and finishing |
