| Job Responsibilities | Maintain equipment database to plan crane, rigging, and P&M requirements. Review equipment drawings and confirm base plate details match civil/structural foundations; resolve discrepancies via SERs. Prepare/review sketches for vendor non-supplied templates and calculate material requirements. Verify foundation bolt dimensions before casting. Estimate work scope, including template preparation, packer plate cutting, enabling works, and equipment erection; raise purchase requisitions. Inspect equipment for transit damage or shortages on arrival. Ensure safe custody and handover of accessories/spares until commissioning. Review rigging schemes for heavy lifts and coordinate site preparations (ground preparation, area clearance, crane/equipment access). |
| Qualification | Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. |
| Experience | Degree holders: 6–8 years of relevant experience Diploma holders: 14–16 years of relevant experience. |
| Skills | Knowledge of equipment manufacturing codes and standards. Proficiency in lifting equipment, crane usage, and rigging scheme preparation. Ability to check equipment levels, verticality, and tolerance limits. |
