Facilitate communication and alignment between business users, product managers, and IT teams. Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture detailed business insights. Prepare use cases, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models as needed. Assist in solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Support testing efforts through requirement validation and participation in UAT. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management activities. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of business analysis practices. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. |
| Experience | 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments. |
| Skills | Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Balsamiq, or equivalent. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities. |
