Proactively analyze upcoming technologies, market trends, and business scenarios to develop comprehensive project plans within the assigned New Energy stream. Define project scopes and objectives, engage stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. Monitor performance to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects as per plan. Track project performance and evaluate successful completion of short- and long-term goals in New Energy business. Apply appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost. Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports for top management to support decision-making. Create and maintain extensive project documentation. Identify process improvement areas and implement optimization strategies in line with project requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors for seamless project execution. |
