A leading organization in the energy sector is inviting applications for the position of Sr Team Member – Project Execution in its New Energy Business vertical. This role is pivotal in driving innovative energy projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing cutting-edge solutions in the evolving energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring they meet the defined timelines and business objectives. The responsibilities include:
- Project Execution & Implementation: Overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects in the New Energy domain, ensuring efficient delivery within defined schedules.
- Technical & Financial Analysis: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of new and emerging commercial technologies, assessing design feasibility, cost implications, and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engaging with cross-functional teams, suppliers, vendors, and business partners to facilitate seamless execution and operational success.
- Pilot Projects & Technology Validation: Working on use cases, system testing, and pilot initiatives to validate innovative technologies and ensure their viability in real-world applications.
- Strategic Initiatives & Innovation: Proactively identifying emerging trends, business opportunities, and technological advancements in the New Energy space, formulating project strategies and innovative solutions.
- Data Analysis & Research: Utilizing research methodologies, statistical techniques, and analytics tools to interpret data, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Preparing and analyzing weekly, monthly, and periodic operational reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data-driven performance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree from a reputed university/college.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project execution, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
Skills & Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and analytical capabilities along with excellent communication and project management skills.
