SBI (State Bank of India) has released notification for recruitment of candidates to the post of Vice President (Corporate Communication & Marketing). This job post is comparable to Scale VI post in SBI. All details related to this recruitment are given below.

Age Limit

55 years (Maximum age criteria shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates and can be relaxed up to 3 years for suitable candidates).

Salary

Annual CTC is Up to Rs 1.00 Crore. The annual CTC will be capped at a maximum of ₹1 crore, with 80% as fixed pay and 20% as variable pay. Annual CTC increments may reach up to 10%, contingent on satisfactory performance.

Place of Posting

Place of posting will be Mumbai. The Bank may reassign or transfer services to any State Bank of India office within India or assign duties with its affiliates, subsidiaries, or other organizations as service needs require.

Education Qualification

Essential Qualification:
Graduate from a government-recognized university or institution approved by AICTE/UGC.

Preferred Qualification:
Candidates with a Management Degree, such as an MBA, PGDBM, or PGDM, will be given preference.

Experience

Required Experience:
At least 15 years of comprehensive experience in Marketing & Communications, emphasizing market expansion within eCommerce, Banking, Fintech, IT, or other consumer-facing industries.

Additional Experience:
Of the 15 years, a minimum of 5 years in the BFSI sector is essential, along with at least 3 years in a Senior Management role.
