In this context, India Prime is looking for a talented product marketer for Prime partnerships business in India. Business leverages large strategic B2B partnerships across consumer businesses (i.e., Banks, Financial Services, FMCG, OEMs, Offline Retail, Digital commerce etc.) to expand Prime member base and build new Prime benefits. Business is rapidly growing , worldwide strategic focus area for Amazon. You will work with strategic industry partners to drive marketing to accelerate product adoption and increase Prime signups and revenue growth. You will work closely with the partners to identify specific customer segments , industry verticals to market with a joint value proposition with Prime. The scope of role includes on and off- Amazon marketing.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Owns marketing strategy and execution for the business and product portfolio to drive adoption and scale.
  • Works with partners to jointly define, develop, execute and analyze high-impact go-to-market digital and physical channel marketing strategies merchandising, promotion, customer value propositions, messaging, campaign goals and measurement.
  • Develop an understanding of the drivers of customer acquisition, activation and retention and translate those insights into go-to-market programs, campaigns and promotions.
  • Executes campaigns leveraging the full range of merchandising vehicles available, using data, analysis and best practices to optimize your decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Works internally with Business Development, PR, Product Management, Research, Brand marketing , Legal, Retail marketing teams to ensure internal cross-functional alignment.
  • Represents in meetings with key partners and establishes strong working relationships with their marketing teams.
  • Evangelize the business in partner ecosystem through events, seminars , webinars.
  • Reporting on success metrics including performance of launch, acquisition and retention activity.

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Master’s degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical ability to conceptualize product launch GTMs, channel marketing strategy, execution charters, use customer research, data analysis to back up assumptions, design ATL/BTL/Onsite/Social campaigns, and evaluate the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Willingness to be hands on to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job or operational tasks.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, leading through influence with peers, senior leadership and managing different external agency relationships.
  • Excellent narrative writing and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point , Marketing tools.
