- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong focus on managing paid campaigns.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for cars and a good understanding of the automotive industry is a plus.
