| Role Summary | Senior QA Engineer responsible for ensuring quality across web, mobile, and API-based applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing, strong SQL validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. |
| Key Responsibilities – Testing | • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing• Validate UI/UX for web and mobile applications |
| Key Responsibilities – API & Backend | • Conduct API testing including request/response validation, error handling, and security checks• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing |
| Key Responsibilities – Defect & Quality Management | • Identify, document, track, and resolve defects• Perform root-cause analysis• Ensure QA best practices, documentation, and quality standards |
| Key Responsibilities – Collaboration & Automation | • Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders• Contribute to automation strategy and frameworks |
| Required Experience | 5–7 years of experience in Software QA & Testing |
| Core Skills | • API, Web, and Mobile application testing• Strong SQL querying and data validation• Agile/Scrum methodology experience |
| Automation & Tools | Selenium, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman automation (any relevant tools) |
| CI/CD & DevOps | Experience with CI/CD pipelines |
| Additional Technical Knowledge | Performance or security testing concepts, cloud-based environments |
| Soft Skills | Strong analytical ability, excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration with technical and non-technical teams |
