| Key Responsibilities | Ensure achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency. Identify Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and disburse loans suited to target customers and geographies. Drive business growth by developing and managing sales teams across assigned territories. Assess potential client base and product acceptance for geographical expansion. Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency while meeting daily and weekly collection targets. Closely monitor overdue and non-paying accounts. Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings, and interactions with loan applicants. Maintain portfolio quality by controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquencies, and frauds. Build strong internal and external client relationships and enhance brand presence. Ensure regular team meetings and centre visits. |
| Experience Required | Fresher to maximum 5 years as a Sales Officer in Microfinance Business |
