| Major Deliverables | Meet and exceed profitability, product mix, and quality sourcing targets. Act as a single point of contact for customers’ financial needs. Ensure zero policy deviations and error-free processing. Maintain quality of sourced files as per guidelines. Achieve customer acquisition targets and timely update of all leads. Meet housing loan sales targets in the assigned territory. Ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Submit timely MIS reports and clear required certification exams within defined timelines. |
