| Role Overview | Responsible for generating finance business through dealerships and open market while managing dealer relationships and ensuring smooth loan processing and collections. |
| Key Responsibilities | Generate leads and finance business from assigned dealerships and the open market; Maintain strong relationships with dealers to achieve sales targets; Ensure Post Disbursal Documents (PDD) updates; Track RC, First EMI, and non-starter collections to maintain portfolio quality; Communicate schemes and head office updates to dealer staff; Increase sourcing and business at managed dealer counters; Ensure proper implementation of finance schemes at dealer level and train dealer sales teams; Understand customer needs and explain finance schemes; Share daily MIS reports with case-wise lead status; Achieve minimum productivity targets; Maintain targeted login-to-conversion ratio. |
