| Job details | The Manager – Product (Portfolio, Compliance & CGS) is responsible for managing end-to-end operations related to Government Credit Guarantee Schemes (CGTMSE & CGFMU), including guarantee uploads, NPA monitoring, claim lodgement, compliance reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence and timely claim processing. |
| Qualification & Experience | Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, or related fields & experience in Credit Guarantee Schemes, Portfolio Compliance, or Govt Reporting Exposure to CGTMSE / CGFMU operations in NBFCs or Banks is highly preferred. |
| Skills | Strong understanding of CGTMSE & CGFMU frameworks Portfolio monitoring & compliance expertise Claims processing and documentation management Stakeholder coordination and follow-ups High attention to detail and regulatory discipline Strong communication and reporting skills. |
