Review UDs and prepare test cases for UAT. Ensure thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and smooth deployment of IT solutions aligned with business needs. Monitor post-implementation system performance and recommend upgrades or optimizations. Manage production issues by identifying system bugs/defects and coordinating timely resolution with IT. Review, calculate, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for project tracking and management reporting. Execute month-end Cash-in-Hand processes. |
