| Role Overview | Responsible for managing collections for two-wheeler loan portfolios, controlling delinquency levels, ensuring compliance with legal processes, and achieving collection targets. |
| Core Responsibilities | Manage collections for the assigned area and achieve targets related to resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates; Maintain NPA levels within the assigned budget and actively reduce them; Increase fee income and reduce vendor payout costs; Conduct asset verification and repossession under SARFAESI / Section 9 through court receivers; Track and control delinquency by bucket and DPD (Days Past Due); Focus on non-starter accounts; Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within the defined TAT; Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections; Monitor defaulting customers and identify reasons for default; Represent the organization before legal or statutory bodies when required; Allocate work to field executives and monitor agencies as per SLA; Ensure timely deposit of payments and audit receipts; Maintain adequate field staff (Feet on Street) for collections; Conduct detailed reviews of high-ticket delinquent accounts; Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory requirements, and company policies. |
