| Key Responsibilities | Conduct personal discussions of loan cases as per defined credit policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and timelines. Perform underwriting, disbursement checks, collateral evaluation, and coordination with sales and operations teams. Protect company assets through proper credit appraisal, setting credit limits, and ensuring adequate documentation and collateral. Communicate credit decisions clearly to stakeholders. Improve underwriting efficiency while maintaining strong risk management. Carry out loan account verification including house visits, KYC checks, bank passbook and document verification, income and expense assessment, negative area checks, CPC checklist verification, loan card checks with other lenders, bucket monitoring, death case verification, branch compliance checks, and ICQ observation closures. |
