Manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners. Increase APF penetration and maximize business from approved projects. Ensure end-to-end processing of loan files from login to disbursement by coordinating with Credit and Operations teams. Maintain high standards of customer service and portfolio quality. |
| Sales Planning & Team Management | Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers to optimize productivity and regional profitability. Align ground-level lead generation activities with sales objectives. Recruit, train, motivate, and groom team members in sales and presentation skills. Implement sales digitization tools effectively across teams. |
| Industry & Governance | Conduct area review meetings to communicate objectives clearly. Develop and execute long-term regional sales growth plans. Track market trends and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies. Provide market feedback to central product and policy teams. Ensure compliance with Audit, NHB regulations, and internal company policies and systems. |
