Core ResponsibilitiesDrive home loan sales and achieve business targets through cross-selling; Maintain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP; Manage DSA network and strengthen builder and connector relationships; Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals; Increase APF (Approved Project Finance) penetration; Identify new builder and channel partners to expand market reach; Ensure smooth processing of loan files from login to disbursement by coordinating with operations and credit teams.
Sales & Market StrategyConduct lead generation activities; Monitor market trends and competitor strategies; Provide feedback to product and policy teams to improve offerings and stay competitive.
Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to audit requirements, NHB regulations, and internal company policies and processes.
QualificationGraduate (Mandatory)
Preferred QualificationMaster’s / Postgraduate Degree
