Role OverviewResponsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, providing investment advisory services, and driving wealth management business growth.
Core ResponsibilitiesAcquire and manage HNI clients for investment products; Understand customer financial goals through proper profiling; Offer investment solutions such as debt products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, and real estate funds; Build long-term client relationships through superior service delivery; Cross-sell investment and financial products to increase wallet share; Maintain profitability of the client portfolio by generating high income per customer; Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and corporate relationships; Expand the client base through B2C and B2B acquisition strategies; Collaborate with internal research, investment, and compliance teams to deliver suitable investment solutions.
Marketing & Business DevelopmentSupport marketing initiatives and organize client acquisition events; Assist Head RM in conducting micro-events for new client acquisition; Develop new business opportunities through corporate and referral networks.
Financial ExpertiseStay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting client investments.
