| Role Overview | Manage the End User Computing (EUC) engineering function, overseeing daily operations, platform design, technical leadership, staff management, vendor engagement, and strategy execution to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant endpoint solutions globally. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Lead global EUC engineering staff, including on-call scheduling, performance coaching, and development plans- Manage EUC platform design, architecture, and technology roadmap- Identify technologies to improve customer satisfaction, cost, and efficiency- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards- Lead vendor engagements and manage outsourcing relationships- Maintain technical documentation and standards catalog for core EUC platforms- Oversee endpoint security, patching, and performance assessments- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance for Windows, macOS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, M365, InTune, JAMF, Nerdio, GPO, AD, DNS, SysTrack, Splunk |
| Required Skills & Experience | – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field- 12-16 years in EUC engineering domain- 5+ years managing internal and outsourced teams- Extensive experience with Windows and macOS endpoints (physical and virtual)- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint technologies- Experience with strategic EUC planning, architecture, and global implementations- Exceptional communication, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills |
