| Role Overview | Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and learning content, collaborating with SMEs and product teams, while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Develop user guides, API docs, installation manuals, product help content- Design eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments- Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to gather information and define learning objectives- Produce content in multiple formats: video scripts, infographics, simulations, microlearning- Evaluate and improve training programs based on learner feedback- Use structured authoring (DITA), manage content in AEM Guides, and apply HTML/CSS as needed- Ensure documentation standards, clarity, and accessibility- Participate in peer reviews and process improvements |
| Required Skills & Experience | – 3-5 years of technical writing experience in software/technology- Instructional design and eLearning development experience- Knowledge of DITA, HTML, CSS- Familiarity with AEM Guides or similar CMS- Excellent written and verbal communication- Strong attention to detail, project management skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively |
| Good to Have | – Experience with AEM Guides, Oxygen, or similar tools- Video or eLearning content creation- Agile development experience- Exposure to localization/translation workflows- Certification in instructional design or related field |
