Basic Qualifications
- 3-6 years of product management experience and overall 5+ years of experience. A track record of partnering with engineering and data science to build complex, data-driven systems that deliver compelling customer value.
- Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards
- A deep desire to grow and learn
- A true passion for Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature
- A “driver” personality – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for phenomenal collaboration.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Experience working on zero-1 and 1-10 problems in the past
- Marketplace and B2C experience
- High comfort and affinity towards data
- Bias for speed, customer obsession and depth in thinking
