Job description | Drive growth of the high-value customer segment through superior customer experience. Acquire and deepen relationships within the mapped portfolio. Provide differentiated services aligned with the YFB value proposition. Implement integrated sales, service, and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of business customers. Understand client’s global banking needs to offer holistic financial solutions in collaboration with the Product Sales Manager (PSM). Cross-sell value-added products: Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Payment Gateway, Doorstep Banking, Working Capital/Loan solutions, OPDT, Family SA. Ensure proper onboarding, activation (M+1), value build-up, and AQB maintenance for acquired accounts. Source, acquire, and expand high-value customer relationships by leveraging referrals and sales opportunities. Conduct catchment mapping for CA business, prepare target customer lists by segment. Monitor customer profiles, understand business needs, and offer tailored product/pricing solutions. Anticipate complex financial needs and address them with suitable banking products/services. Encourage proactive migration of customers to digital channels (esp. Net Banking). Maintain ongoing customer engagement via regular visits, issue resolution, and relationship nurturing. Provide feedback to product teams regarding opportunities, segmentation, competition benchmarking, and portfolio quality. Continuously innovate sales channels and techniques to boost productivity. Track and counter competitor activities effectively. Ensure strict adherence to sales processes and KYC norms. |
